Ann Divine, Executive Director
Ann Divine joined Fischoff as Competition Manager in 1994 and became its Executive Director that same year, in which capacity she oversees Fischoff's programs, administration and staff. She received her undergraduate degree in Music Education from Indiana University South Bend and a Master of Arts degree from Andrews University. She taught various music courses in area colleges and universities for twenty years. |

Thomas Rosenberg, Artistic Director
Thomas Rosenberg has served as Fischoff's Artistic Director since 1981. A nationally known dynamic teacher, chamber music coach, and performer, he is on the faculties of the University of Minnesota as Coordinator of the String Chamber Music Program and at MacAlester and Carleton Colleges. Tom is a graduate of Oberlin and the Eastman School of Music, where he was teaching assistant to both Paul Katz and Laurence Lesser. Other teachers include Richard Kapuscinski, Alan Harris, and Alta Mayer. |

Pam O'Rourke, Program Director
Pam O'Rourke joined the staff as Program Director in 2004. With a background in community relations and preschool education, she manages Fischoff’s Arts-in-Education Residency programs, including S.A.M. I Am (Stories and Music), Peanut Butter and Jelly Jam family concerts, masterclasses, workshops, and community concerts, as well as the Mentoring Project and Artist-of-the-Month programs. She studied Elementary Education at Eastern Montana College in Billings, Montana. |

Miki Strabley, Competition Director
Miki Strabley joined Fischoff in August 2000. Her primary responsibilities include running the annual Fischoff Competition, recruiting and coordinating competition volunteers, and coordinating logistics for the Winner’s Tour. Miki received her undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Political Science at Saint Mary’s College. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Indiana University South Bend and a Master of Nonprofit Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. |

Anna Sanford Mlodzik, Director of Marketing & Development
Anna Sanford Mlodzik received her undergraduate degree in Humanistic Studies from Saint Mary's College and her Master of Nonprofit Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. She began working with Fischoff in 2006, and is responsible for marketing and fund development efforts. |
